Body Art


Your diet is really one of the most important step to really achieve this goal 

of getting the body that you really want. So eating plenty of green and

 healthy food is the way to go.
 
Also Drink water instead of soda, fruit and green juice are 

highly recommended to keep an healthy Balance 

And fellas, you have to figure out a way to sweat, and build your Body the

right way, There is an art to it and all art can be learn.
 
Calisthenics work out is suggested, and the next step is a gym membership. 

And see that body evolving like it never seen before.




And the third part of the puzzle is to sleep like a baby. Sleep play an

important role in getting you the body that you want. Less sleep kill your

motivation to work and eat well.

Getting a good night of sleep will keep you energized and motivated, so when

its time to lift them weights you're be perky as can be.
